Deb from AAA was an excellent first point of communication and I’m confident that should any issue arise, I can contact her and it would be solved in a timely manner.

Gemma has been with me for approximately half a year now. I particularly like that she is my sole cleaner; it’s enabled me to get to know her and her to get to know me which has enabled her to work out how best she can help me on her weekly visits. She’s reliable, courteous and hard-working and most importantly I believe her to be trustworthy. She easily works autonomously and I would have no hesitation in having her in my home while I’m not there.

All the cleaners are reliable, thorough, honest and do a great job.

Gemma is reliable, really honest, she is friendly, and really thorough and she loves the dog and cat. The dog Nike loves your pats.

The company AAA seems to be good at selecting their workers for the client’s personal needs.

I like Gemma because of her bubbly personality and attitude and she does an awesome job cleaning.

AAA as a company are efficient, they care about their employees and their customers and they are easy to communicate with.

Having tried a number of cleaning agencies in the past we would often find different staff that would be assigned week to week and inconsistent results. It’s important to know who is in your house and to build trust with them. AAA has stood out from the rest by being flexible to do additional tasks and change days as required.

The cleaner always turns up on time, always reliable and regular. If she is ever running late which is rare she always lets me know.

Deb has been cleaning for me for 2 years now, I find her extremely friendly and professional. Always does a great job leaving the house sparkling clean, she is flexible and understanding. If for some reason something comes up and I need to cancel the current clean, Deb will shuffle things around to make sure that the job gets done.
Deb also goes that little bit further than what other cleaners do, she will always do everything she can to make the client happy.

For many years, Deb has been bright, trustworthy and conscientious cleaner that sets such a high standard, I couldn’t stand to lose her. She’s that rare combo of efficient, practical, and hardworking. She’ll take direction happily, but uses her experience and initiative so sensibly, it’s only necessary for special jobs.
